After over a decade of Rockstar’s release, a video of Ranbir Kapoor singing the song “Jo Bhi Main” during the film’s shoot has surfaced online. While the original song was sung by Mohit Chauhan for the film, the actor too was heard singing it for the sake of matching lip sync. However, his non-singer’s voice has attracted hilarious reactions from fans on Reddit.

A Reddit user, on Wednesday, shared a BTS video from the sets of Rockstar. Sharing the video, the user wrote, “I don’t know how they shot the movie with a straight face after watching this.” In the video, Ranbir Kapoor in his Jordan avatar can be seen playing a guitar and singing Jo Bhi Main song. The video also shows Imtiaz Ali taking the shot as the camera rolls.

Felt like he was actually singing the song.” A lot of others compared Ranbir’s voice to animated character Gian from Doraemon. “Meh hu giaaannn… Mera gaana hai bohottt surillaaaa….Mera gaana sunke log ho jate hai madhosh..,” wrote another user. Another user suggested that he can begin by taking voice lessons from wife Alia Bhatt. “Älia Bhatt se tuition chahiye,” they wrote.
