A wholesome video from a school in Meghalaya is melting hearts online, thanks to a teacher’s unique way of uplifting his students. At St Dominic Savio Higher Secondary School in Garobadha, educator Tengsmart M Sangma turned an ordinary classroom into a mini fashion ramp, and the Internet can’t get enough of it.

In the now-viral clip, students are seen strutting confidently between desks while their classmates cheer them on. Some twirled, others danced, and a few even slipped into characters from their syllabus, turning the ramp walk into a burst of creativity and fun. What started as a spontaneous classroom activity ended up becoming a moment of joy, expression, and confidence-building.

The video has crossed a million views, and social media is flooded with praise for the teacher. “Sometimes all they need is just a little push… Reminds me of my school internship days when we were given a task to prepare students for speech on some occasion. There was this one kid who was really good in this skill but was really hesitant to go on stage. With a little push he performed great that day. His subject teachers were amazed. Only if every teacher starts giving chance to every student to try atleast once and give a little push, they can do wonders,” one user reflected, recalling their own experience helping a shy student shine during an internship.

Another viewer wrote, “I want to take admission again, will I get it? Please please please.” A third person commented, “That’s how you create a generation of happy, secure and confident kids. brave teacher.”

A fourth person wrote, “Textbooks teach lessons. This teacher’s teaching life.”
