Many celebrities and Industrialists were seen under one roof on Tuesday evening as the Vivienne Westwood’s first-ever fashion showcase took place at Mumbai’s Gateway of India. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar, Radhika Merchant Ambani, Shalini Passi and a few other celebs were a  part of the occasion.

Kareena Kapoor looked stunning as always in a thigh-high slit red gown for the night. Janhvi Kapoor slayed in a super chic sliver dress at the event. Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput shared her look for the night on her Instagram account and captioned it, “Sunset Smoothie for @viviennewestwood.”

Twinkle Khanna too became a part of the event and carried her boss lady vibes.

Radhika Ambani looks beautiful as ever. Sharing her look, stylist Rhea Kapoor shared, “Radhika Ambani wears an Archival corset and scarf by @viviennewestwood from her iconic 1990 A/W Portrait Collection with a custom chanderi Sari and jewels by @shacheefinejewellery_ Vivienne Westwood’s 1990-91 ‘Portrait’ collection is one of her most important collections, the collection marks a lot of firsts for Vivienne! It was the first appearance of the famous Vivienne Westwood Boucher corset. The Portrait collection of 1990/91 was dedicated to the richness of eighteenth-century oil painting – drawing directly from the decorative universe of the Wallace Collection. ‘Portrait was a turning point,’ reflects Alexander Fury. ‘Sensuous and escapist, it set Vivienne Westwood on a new course for almost a decade’. For the first time, Vivienne reproduced a painting on a piece of clothing, choosing ‘Daphnis and Chloe’ by François Boucher, 1743-5.”

Bhumi Pednekar looked stylish in her denim on denim look. Disha Patani, Uorfi Javed, and Rohit Saraf were the other celebs spotted at the night.

For the unversed, the Vivienne Westwood show was held ‘to celebrate India’s rich textile heritage’, as shared in a report by PTI. Vivienne’s Spring-Summer 2025 collection reportedly had special archive pieces, and a capsule collection of couture looks with handwoven Indian silks, Khadi, cotton, and wool. The event toook place in collaboration with the Department of Textiles, Maharashtra.
