BLACKPINK’s Rosé is finally making her Hollywood debut, but unlike her bandmates Jennie and Lisa, who made it into acting, the ‘APT’ crooner will be lending her voice to the star-studded F1 soundtrack, featuring Brad Pitt. This comes after the K-pop idol ended her individual contract with YG Entertainment last year and signed with Atlantic Records. The American record label, tasked with bringing the racetrack energy to the big screen, has brought on some of the most iconic musicians from around the world and announced the full lineup for its F1: The Album on Thursday.

The music video gives us neon night drives, close-ups of racing gear, and Doja covered in engine grease.

Festive offer

Brad Pitt’s F1, made in partnership with Formula 1, will hit theatres on June 27, 2025. In the film, Brad Pitt plays the role of a retired driver (Sonny Hayes) mentoring a rookie (played by Damson Idris) for the fictional team APXGP. Interestingly, the Joseph Kosinski directorial has teamed up with 10 real F1 teams. The movie also stars Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, and Sarah Niles, among others, in key roles. Seven-time F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton is serving as a producer. “He’s the first person I contacted three years ago. I knew for us to make it as authentic as possible, someone on the team who lives it day-in and day-out would be invaluable,” Kosinski shared with Deadline earlier. Atlantic is also planning to promote its star-studded album during the 2025 Miami Grand Prix, starting this weekend at the Miami International Autodrome, according to THR.
