CUSAT CAT 2025: Admit card, mock test links to be active on April 25 at admissions.cusat.ac.in

CUSAT CAT 2025 Admit Card and Mock Tests: The Cochin University of Science and Technology will on April 25 release the admit cards for the CUSAT CAT entrance examination. The exam will be conducted between May 10 and 12. Along with the CUSAT CAT admit cards, the University will also activate mock test links for students to practice before the examination. Hall tickets and mock tests can be accessed from the official website–admissions.cusat.ac.in.

The university conducts the Common Admission Test (CAT) for admissions to MBA, MCA, Engineering Sciences, Life Sciences, MSc in Industrial Fisheries, LLB, LLM, and MA in Hindi programmes.

This entrance test is held annually for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by Cochin University of Science and Technology. Students taking the examinations this year can familiarize themselves with the mock test available on the official website, cusat.ac.in.

CUSAT CAT 2025: How to download admit cards

Step 1: Visit the official website–admissions.cusat.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the link that says admit cards link activated.

Step 3: Select the link and fill in the application number and captcha code.

Step 4: The admit card will appear on the screen. Download it and print it out, and carry its hard copy on the day of the examination.

CUSAT CAT 2025: How are scores calculated?

The CUSAT CAT scores will be calculated as per the formula, S = 3R – 1W, where S is the CAT score, R is the number of right answers, and W is the number of wrong answers. Three marks will be provided for every right answer, and for each wrong answer, one mark will be deducted.

MBA (FT)/(PT), MBA (IB) and MBA (TT)

C-MAT score (AICTE)/MAT score (AIMA)/CAT(IIM) score and performance at group discussion and interview.

CMAT/MAT score: 70 per cent

GD: 15 per cent

Interview: 15 per cent

MSc Industrial Fisheries: Combined basis of the CAT score and performance in the interview.

CAT score: 85 per cent

Interview: 15 per cent

All other programmes

Marks secured in CAT, in the subject that qualifies the candidate for admission to the programme, alone, will be considered for preparing the rank list.

CUSAT CAT 2025: Meet last year’s toppers

As many as 46,098 candidates had registered for the test for various academic programmes of the university.

Shivram S from Punkunnam, Thrissur secured the first rank in the test for admission to BTech programmes. Hafiz Rahman Elikkottil from Malappuram have secured the second rank and S Harikrishnan, Nandanam, Darsan Nagar, Kudappanakunnu, Thiruvananthapuram third rank.

While among the scheduled caste category, Anoop K, Thekkepurakkal House, Pallur, Desamangalam, Thrissur secured first rank, Suryadev.S.Ittiadath, Ittiyadath House Vadakkumthala, Karunnagapally, Kollam, secured second rank.
