A wild scene unfolded at the Jeppe Magistrate’s Court in South Africa’s Johannesburg when a burglary suspect made a daring escape by climbing out of a courtroom window and scaling down the three-storey building.
Onoshana Thando Sadiki, the accused, was in court on Tuesday, facing charges of housebreak and theft. Suddenly, while the magistrate was speaking, he bolted through the courtroom door. According to Daily Mail, he spotted a small window, squeezed through it, and immediately began his descent from the third floor. A bystander captured the entire stunt on camera as Sadiki carefully slid down the exterior wall before making a final leap to the ground and sprinting away into the nearby neighborhood.

The video of the dramatic escape went viral, with some people comparing it to a scene from a Tom Cruise movie. One social media user commented, “He qualify to be working for task force and military, the guy has flying and jumping skills.” Another user said, “Stupidity about criminals is, he’s escaping to commit more crimes n wil b back inside again.”
However, the taste of freedom was brief for Sadiki. New York Post reported that he was caught the next day.
